Central to this integrated dataset is an under-way sea water pCO2 system (General Oceanics 8050) attached to the ship's clean water intake. The following variables were measured continuously and logged at 1 minute intervals: pCO2sw (LI7000 gas analyzer); equilibrator water temperature; conductivity; pH; and, dissolved O2. The purpose of this dataset was to examine the dynamics of sea-surface dissolved CO2, and the air-sea CO2 exchange within the ArcticNet domain, in the context of varying surface (e.g. sea ice, sea water states and location) and atmospheric (meteorology, micro-climate) forcing. This dataset provides context for the various atmospheric, oceanographic, chemical and biological processes which were examined by the various investigators involved in the ArcticNet study.
